We were honored to manage the Cocoa Bean Warehouse and Office Building project in Indonesia, showcasing our project management expertise. This project involved the erection of a 4,000 m² warehouse on a 20,000 m² plot of virgin land, complete with high wall fencing and a fire-fighting system.

As the appointed Consultant and Owner’s Representative, we provided comprehensive engineering services, including:

• Preparing the conceptual layout
• Developing tender documents
• Creating detailed drawings
• Conducting vendor pre-qualification interviews and evaluations

Upon project award, our engineer was appointed as the Owner’s resident engineer, responsible for supervising project execution, including budget control.
